September 22, after a long silence, the owner of the famous restaurants "Noa" and "Albero" Andrei Azotes officially opened his new project — the fish restaurant "Pescatore". This stylish gastronomic residence is located in an old mansion on Bersenevskaya embankment in front of the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour.
Grand opening of Pescatore has become the meeting place of exquisite metropolitan community – representatives of business elite and eminent persons, among whom were seen Irina Khakamada, Oksana Robski, Inna Malikova, Roman Kadaria, Danila Fedorov and others. Designed to host 70 guests, the restaurant enlarged its space by means of an elegant tent on this special occasion, allowing for a sumptuous celebration of 200 people.
The menu was made up by a talented chef of the restaurant with a rich international experience - Mido Mustafa. He offered the guests two interesting sets of main gastronomic hits of Pescatore. So, from his collection of delicacies, which uniquely combines Mediterranean cuisine with trendy Peruvian, such dishes as carpaccio of far east shrimp, salad with dorado, fish Aсqua Pazza were presented. Hospitable owner Andrei Azotes told each guest of the celebration about the intricacies of these and other dishes of the restaurant.
Bright musical atmosphere was created by the group "Fruits" and "New Gems", hot rhythms captivated all the guests on the dance floor. By the end of the evening there was dazzling firework over the Moscow river, it was especially nice to enjoy it under the clink of glasses of champagne Pol Roger, the official partner of the event.
