The small restaurant is located in a historic and cosy townhouse on the Bersenevskaya embankment with its own large parking. All the top hits of the seafood cuisine are represented in the main menu and among banquet items. An experienced and skillful chef Mido Mustafa who worked in the best restaurants of Europe and China is responsible for the seafood cuisine.
Pescatore is one of the few places in the capital where you can surprise even the most sophisticated guests at your event having included such rare dishes in the menu as fish in ‘acqua pazza’ and such an unusual ingredient as cod milt, which Mustafa Mido fries tempura and cooks with Yuzu dressing.
You may be sure of the quality of products because the owner of the restaurant Andrei Zaitsev and the chef personally select them, control the supply and taste all the new dishes.
Fish and seafood are ordered in the northern regions of Russia and in Japan. Shrimp is caught in the Okhotsk sea. Seashells are brought from Sakhalin. Yellowtail, mackerel, sea urchin are delivered from Japan and Korea once a week.
